Positive coexistence in the school society.
The main objective of this project is the improvement of performance by imitating the correct behaviour of social models, due to the importance of role models for young people. This stimulates the need to learn, study and
update knowledge of our students. Precisely with the development of this project we want to promote positive coexistence in the school society and the use of innovative new products and ICT.
All partners involved in this project think that European 2020 strategy is essential for taking the bases of the project, it has its objectives set out in 5 fields: education, employment, innovation, poverty and climate change.
We want to collaborate to this strategy on three objectives: education, innovation and poverty that, after all, are implicated in the school coexistence.
Our project emphasizes the initiative “youth on the move” that aims to:
- ✓ avoid leakage of students
- ✓ detect crisis in the classroom because of the incorrect behaviour of students.
- ✓ act with bullying in social media
- ✓ design new strategies, methods and protocols for preventing, acting and solving different kind of behavior problems, mainly “conflicts among equals”
- ✓ involve families in the process of positive coexistence at school
- ✓ show to our students the importance of role models for young people
- ✓ bring to our students the enriching opportunity to study at European schools
Students are the main actors in this performance.
Cultural diversity generated by this project, enriches and strengthens the relations among Finland, France, Germany, Greece and Spain. It is very important to exchange experiences and educational methodologies
among these five European countries with so disparate contexts.
As a result, the main objectives of this project are:
- ✓ Know different ways of facing coexistence problems at classroom among the different countries. Furthermore, we can experience the “learning by doing” methodology in another way, as long as students will learn about these five countries by making research, living directly other protocols and then by comparing the results achieved
- ✓ Bring students to the social and cultural realities of the five countries.
- ✓Make the students to acquire different strategies from other countries for solving problems at their own schools.
- ✓ Strengthen created links among Finland, Greece and Spain in previous European projects and create new
amazing links with the new countries France and Germany. - ✓ Work on the student’s’ personal autonomy in order to enable them to manage on their own outside the family environment,which will be transferred to later stages know and adapt to other social and geographical realities within the European framework, accepting and respecting possible differences in daily life contexts
- ✓ Improve the linguistic competence in the “lingua franca” and to incorporate new languages to the students’
communicative repertoire - ✓ Encourage the use of ICT in education
Our students have the chance to be in these different European regions and experience their different lifestyles.
So this project will help us to promote students and teachers’ mobility and to continue with the great experiences that some students have lived before.
Families also realize the European dimension due to the experience of hosting students from other countries with other realities.
